Hi, I'm the one person building SkinFam ๐ฑ
I grew up with eczema, and honestly, I still deal with it today. As a kid I never really understood what set it off, and neither did my parents, we were mostly guessing. So I built the calm little app I wish we'd had: somewhere to track your skin and slowly understand it, without judgment and without a diagnosis, just your own notes over time. For me, for my family, and hopefully for yours too.
๐ฆ A little different for kids
Instead of just a growing garden, each child gets a friendly kangaroo companion. When their skin's been itchy, it looks a little sad, tap it, "apply" the cream, and watch it cheer right up, while a flower quietly blooms behind it. A gentle, playful way for a child to feel part of their own routine, without it ever feeling clinical.
Log your skin in seconds: how it feels, where it shows up, what might have set it off
Watch a gentle garden grow with every day you log
See your story over time and how your skin and feelings line up
One parent, every child, each with their own private profile
Read calm, anonymous stories from others who get it
Earn gentle badges and keep a streak, at your own pace
